Meet The Team

Jennifer Sprague, Practice manager

Jennifer has been working in the Business/Medical field for over 12 years. She has a special interest in implementing creative public relations campaigns, finding ways to improve patient experience, and integrating process improvement techniques into all areas of the practice.

Jennifer graduated from Southern Adventist University in 2015, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations.  Jennifer has also worked with physicians and health system administration in the departments of Development and Medical Staff Administration.

When not in the office, Jennifer enjoys writing/editing, riding and training horses, recreational running, and anything outdoors with family.  Jennifer married Dr. Gregory H. Sprague in 2018 and they welcomed their second son in 2023.

Jennifer, Office manager

Jen brings with her extensive customer service experience from years of working in the healthcare and dental community. Her compassionate and outgoing nature provides a pleasant welcome to both patients and fellow team-members alike.  

Whether assisting with scheduling or other patient coordination needs, Jen is always sure to make your experience positive and seamless. With her attention to detail and creative approaches to process improvement, she is an outstanding addition to the Access Endo team.

Outside of the office, you can find Jen spending time with her husband Chris, their daughter Hailie and their dogs; Tinsel, Angel & Gunner. She enjoys watching her daughter play field hockey and taking the dogs to the beach any chance she gets! Jen also enjoys being outside exploring trails, camping in New England, and baking for her friends and family.

Rita, financial specialist

Rita has been working in the dental field for over 10 years and along with many years of customer service experience, she is a wonderful resource for our patients. She has an incredible ability to multi-task and take care of any patient scheduling or account needs for a wonderful transition into care.  When you first enter our practice, Rita is one of the first people you’ll meet and with her bright personality, she always knows how to put a smile on your face.

Outside of the office, Rita enjoys spending time with her two daughters Mackenzie and Morgan. Rita’s interests also include volunteering at her local church, exploring the New England outdoors, hiking, and spending time with family.

heather, Lead dental assistant

Heather received her AS degree in 1992 and brings to our practice a vast knowledge of clinical dentistry. Heather has a way of putting patient’s at ease, and her sense of humor is contagious.

Heather has been working with Dr. Sprague for over 10 years and is an expert at assisting for endodontic treatments.  With her years of experience, Heather also leads our sterilization area, keeping everything running efficiently. 

Heather has two daughters and a son and can often be found at one of their community sporting events. In her spare time, she enjoys baking various desserts, boating, and camping. 

Her laid back personality, cheery smile and passion for dentistry makes her a wonderful addition to Access Endodontics.

Maggie, Dental Assistant

Maggie brings to our practice over 20 years of dental assisting experience including assisting for Oral Surgery, Restorative Dentistry, Pediatrics and Endodontics. She has worked both in the dental and healthcare industry, but has a special interest in helping patient’s save their natural teeth through endodontic treatment.

Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys gardening, and taking her dogs “Abby” and “Bennie” on long walks. 

With her gracious, thoughtful and welcoming demeanor, we are ecstatic to have Maggie as part of the Access Endo team. 

Karen, Dental Assistant

Karen brings with her an incredible ability to connect with our patients on a personal level and has a real passion for dentistry. She graduated from the University of Maine, Orono, with an A.S. in Dental Assisting and has over 11 years of experience in the field. With her warm presence and cheerful demeanor, she is sure to make you feel right at home.

When not at work, you can often find Karen teaching a spin class or headed out for a run. Karen also enjoys spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.

Katie, dental assistant

Katie started with us as a Sterilization Technician and quickly learned the skills required for dental assisting while achieving her dental radiology license. She has a wonderful attention to detail, and is passionate about serving the individual needs of our patients.

Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, baking and exploring New England.
